Commenced his Real Estate career in 1976 under his father Jim Steele
at Bateau Bay Real Estate straight from finishing the HSC in 1975.
Having completed the Real Estate licensing course in 1979 Ross became
a director of the business in 1985. Ross then bought the business
in 1990 when his father retired and has seen considerable growth in
the Real Estate market & population of the Central Coast. Under
Ross's guidance the office has also enjoyed the successful implementation
of systems based on ethics in Real Estate to ensure home sellers &
buyers alike are looked after with in the manner they deserve.
Combining the family business that has been operating since 1969 as
Bateau Bay's first & most successful agent with the Shire Corporation,
will see the new Shire Real Estate office at Bateau Bay become an
